Common questions about pricing and plans

One session is one learner completing one adaptive assessment instance. If a learner retakes an assessment, that counts as a second session. Abandoned sessions (less than 20% completion) do not count toward your monthly limit.

Yes. Annual contracts receive a 15% discount on the base monthly rate. Annual contracts are invoiced annually in advance. Contact us for a custom annual quote if your volume is outside the standard tier ranges.

We offer a structured 30-day pilot for qualified organizations. The pilot includes 150 live assessment sessions, LTI integration setup, and item bank calibration using your existing content. Pilots are scoped jointly with our customer success team — contact us to discuss whether a pilot is the right first step for your program.

All plans include initial item bank calibration as part of onboarding. Calibration requires a minimum 150-respondent pilot sample, which we help you design. After go-live, parameters are updated via concurrent calibration from live response data — included in all plans at no additional cost.

Yes. All plans include standard FERPA-compliant data handling (US higher education) and GDPR-compliant data processing (EU). Enterprise plans include a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) for customers who require formal contract coverage. Response data is stored in AES-256 encrypted databases in the US. EU-hosted data storage is available for Enterprise plans upon request.
